2. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our inventory and pricing, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

3. Shipping

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.

We use UPS as our preferred shipping provider.

Flat-rate shipping may be available and will be displayed at checkout.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate—Jag is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect information.

During high-volume periods, shipping may be delayed. A notice will be added to the website if this occurs.

4. Local Pickup (Fargo, ND)

Save on shipping by selecting Local Pickup during checkout! Pickup will be available on set days and hours only, as listed on our website.

Pickup calendar and reminders will be emailed to local customers.

Please bring your order confirmation email and a valid ID at the time of pickup.

Orders not picked up within 30 business days may be canceled without a refund.

5. Payment

Jag Clothing & Shoes uses a secure checkout process. All major payment methods are accepted. We do not accept cash, checks, or payment upon pickup.
